New renters, BEFORE BOOKING SPACE, please review our booking and rental policies
Renters, please don't panic if you've booked a space within the last couple of days and it is not reflected as "taken" here on the site. Generally, updates will be reflected almost immediately here, but sometimes not, so trust your phone and email booking confirmations from us first and foremost.
In 2009, Triskelion Arts received its seventh Outer/Space grant! Outer/Space is a program of Dance Theater Workshop and is supported in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and the New York City Council. The funding is applied towards maintaining our $9/hr rate in Studio B and to our new $6/$7 hr rent in Studio Y. Thanks Outer/Space!!!

CURRENT REHEARSAL AVAILABILITYALL STUDIOS HAVE MIRRORS, WINDOWS, SPRUNG FLOORS AND CD PLAYERS/IPOD HOOK-UPS
We are now booking for July and August 2010 only. We begin to accept rehearsal booking requests for Septeber, 2010 on August 1st at 9am, no sooner. Classes, shows and resident company rehearsals are an exception to this rule so the spaces are not necessarily wide open. Remember to check the site regularly as there are many cancellations and changes. Availability, rates and studio details below. Please email info@triskelionarts.org to request space based on what you see available herein, specifying which date, time, studio and am or pm. Do not consider a requested slot as yours until you hear express confirmation from a staff member. If you have any questions regarding previously booked slots, please don't hesitate to contact us. Reminder that it is your responsibility to arrange for key pick-up if needed several days in advance of your rehearsal and to keep very careful records of which studio you have booked. If you book a slot with us and do not cancel it within a full-week (i.e. to cancel a sunday, you must call by previous sunday), please understand that you are responsible for paying for it. EVEN when you book last-minute space, this rule still applies. Most off peak hours 10pm on (and at discounted rates between 11pm and 9am) ARE AVAILABLE and CHEAP. Please browse the website for more information on the studios and our policies. Lastly, PLEASE do not even think about using our studios without permission from a staff member. Thanks so much for your cooperation. NO LIVE MUSIC (One-time $10 key FEE per studio.) Studio A is approximately 42'X28': $13/hr for rehearsal. ALL renters will need key--and must make arrangements to do so at least a week in advance. After 11pm and before 9am off-peak hrs $9/hr. Class rate in A is $20/hr payable and bookable in advance, through August. (Goes up to $25/class hr in September.) Studio B is approximately 29'X20': $9/hr for rehearsal. ALL renters will need key--and must make arrangements to do so at least a week in advance. After 11pm and before 9am off-peak hrs $6/hr. Class rate in B is $16/hr payable and bookable in advance. Studio X is approximately 32'X23': $12/hr for rehearsal. ALL renters will need key--and must make arrangements to do so at least a week in advance. After 11pm and before 9am off-peak hrs $8/hr. Class rate in X is $20/hr payable and bookable in advance. When there are shows in the theater, renters in this space may be asked to keep volume down. Studio Y is approximately 18'X17': $7/hr for rehearsal. ALL renters will need key--and must make arrangements to do so at least a week in advance. After 11pm and before 9am off-peak hrs $5/hr. Class rate in Y is $13/hr payable and bookable in advance. When there are shows in the theater, renters in this space may be asked to keep volume down. Studio Z is approximately 32'X23' (including risers): $12/hr for rehearsal. ALL renters will need key--and must make arrangements to do so at least a week in advance. After 11pm and before 9am off-peak hrs $8/hr. Class rate in Z is $20/hr payable and bookable in advance. When there are shows in the theater, renters in this space may be asked to keep volume down. This space has risers and is now curtained much like Studio A, rigged for smaller scale performances.
